The room was clean. At first we were given a room near the smoking area. I asked for another room because of this. No questions asked. We did get a room on thd same floor. Basic requirements in the room, food is good. We got a late checkout too.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel

Room appears clean but I had bedbug bites. I was expecting a queen size bed at least but did not expect 2 single beds moved together like a double-single bed. Staff were not friendly and they are not well informed about local city facts. Main plus point is just the location to the main temple.

It was very clean, all basic amenities were available. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Simple laundry service would have been a great adventage. As a philgim place, we have to were fresh and clean cloth everyday.

This hotel really made us feel at home. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and we had a good rest here. Breakfast was great. There were stalls just outside the hotel which one can shop to but some for some household items. Definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Ganpath Grand Experience

The stay at the hotel was a satisfying experience. Room was very clean, service was superb. The staff was very friendly and their attitude was excellent. The location was terrible and reaching such an excellent facility was very disappointing. Apart from the location, it was a great place to be in.

Excellent stay with good service and food

Hello All. It was a great stay and the property was very well managed. Staffs are friendly and the rooms are provided with clean linen. Frankly speaking I didn't find anything to complain for except for the surrounding, but the property is located just walkable distance from Palani temple and this is the best choice of you there for darshan.

Best hotel to stay in palani

I booked this hotel for our family trip to palani. Everything from location to cleanliness is excellent. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is good . Very good view of the temple from roof top.

Had a pleasant stay at Ganpat Grand. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good food at the restaurant.

They charge more than Expedia offered rates. In my case they asked to pay the taxes additional even though Expedia rates were inclusive of taxes.

Close to the temple

We were alloted a room that had water leaks, when we checked in. Staff immediately changed our room with a view to the temple. The room had a locker, 24 hot water supply and a mini fridge.

Really bad experience. We had prepayed the hotel twice, we tried to fix this in the reception but the staff told us that we had not payed at all and wanted us to pay one more time. We did not get the money back for the dubble payment and the staff was very rude.
