Nice, high quality 4star hotel in good location. Shops and restaurants not far at walking distance, and at the same time hotel it is in the middle of fields and as close to the beach as they get in Lithuania.

It's called SPA Amber Palace, but the pool, sauna and steam room was only available 8-10 am and 6-10 pm, we found this very disappointing. Most of the staff in the hotel and restaurant knew none/very little english so we had big difficulties communicating with each other. However, some of the staff in the kitchen was really nice, they made extra food for me because I couldn't eat some of the things that they served in the buffet. None the less, it was sadly all in all a mediocre experience.

Vonios kambarys vesus. Baseinas nedidelis, o is 3 pirciu veike tik 2. Bet visa tai niekis palyginus, kad nakti kazkas atidare kambario duris ir uzdare...Tiesiog kazkas patikrino...!? Jausmas idomus :( Ryte registraturoje paaiskino, kad tikriausiai administratore tikrino kambarius... Nakti 1 val? Svara puiki, maistas geras.

Super Prospekt mit tollen Verwöhnangeboten, aber wenn man spontan kommt, kriegt man davon nichts ab, dann ist angeblich ausgebucht, obwohl bei 94 Zimmern grademal 3 Leute im Frühstücksraum rumsitzen :-(

syrjäinen sijainti

Varausta ei ollut, vaikka vahvistus ja varausnumero oli tullut. Hotelli on todella syrjässä ja kaukana Palangasta. Itse hotelli on uusi, mutta vastaanotot järjestelmät ja palvelut eivät toimineet. Aamiaisella kaikki oli loppu ja lisäystä haettiin juosten viereisestä hotellista tuote kerrallaan. Kylpylätilat olivat viihtyisät teehuoneineen. Niistä plussaa.

Плюсы: единственный отель в Паланге, из окон которого реально видно мере; общий комплекс с известным санаторием; радушный персонал. Минусы: Отсутствие отдельного управления СПА комплексом; отсутствие полноценного кафе или ресторана; несоответствие масштабов инфраструктуры и номерного фонда.
