Escape to the Texas coast and enjoy a peaceful stay at our Deluxe Studio Duplex, Apartment A—a cozy, well-appointed retreat just steps from Tres Palacios Bay in charming Palacios, TX.



This soundproofed studio is designed for relaxation and flexibility, featuring a private screened-in patio with gorgeous bay views—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening breezes. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed and your choice of a full-size futon with a comfortable innerspring mattress or a sofa, ideal for couples or small families.



The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Nuwave burner, and electric skillet—everything you need to prepare simple meals. You’ll also have access to two grills on the shared patio: a gas grill and a classic Old Smokey charcoal grill.



Unwind in the spacious walk-in shower, complete with a built-in bench, rain shower head, body jets, and a handheld wand for a spa-like experience.



Parking is easy and boat-friendly—ample space is available behind the property near the white garage and barn. Let us know if you`re bringing a boat so we can provide detailed instructions.

Although the property is not right on the water there was a very good unobstructed view of the bay. The cottage was clean and had all the amenities.

Family outing

The cottage was our first time stay and it was very accommodating and clean. Mrs. Marianne, owner kept in contact to help ease our first-time experience. Family and I will revisit and tell everyone about our experience. Cottage felt like home and area had everything near-by.

Great place and location!

We spent Thanksgiving Week and enjoyed fishing, cooking and just walking along the water. The owners are fabulous and we even njoyed a fire with the owners and smores on the patio!

Magnificent little cottage

Perfect in every way. Fantastic location, beautiful view of the ocean. Very well furnished with high end items. Nice quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the boardwalk and corner store. Would pick this sweet place over any other in the area.

Nice get away!

My husband & I spent two days on this property! The location was convenient to great fishing spots. The shoreline was literally right across the street, a short walking distance away. The owner was nice & helpful. We will definitely make a return trip!

Everything and more than expected. Great view, easy access to the sea wall for walking. This hostess has done everything in her power to make this rental inviting and welcoming. Decor is perfect for a seaside rental!

It was perfect for two. Clean and lovely. All appointments were new and state-of-the-art, kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, etc. The owners are lovely and happy to help with any request. Don't pass this one up.

Costal Cottage Bay House

The Costal Cottage Bay House was a perfect spot for a needed get away, the location is definitely what makes this property. Seeing the sunrise in the bay every morning is worth every moment. The Point store is a 3 minute walk and the bay is also walking distance. The owner are definitely great host, I would definitely recommend if you planning to visit Palacios, Tx to try out the Costal Cottage Bay House.

Property is very nicely decorated. Close to fishing. Kitchen well equipped but refrigerator doors need to be switched to open right to left. Not hard to do. Overall pleasant experience.

Beautiful Coastline

What a lovely job the owner did on this little studio space. It truly does have everything you need. We enjoyed the outdoor seating provided and the cheerful indoor space. All small towns are struggling to get back on their feet right now, but Palacios offers much beauty along the well-maintained coastal path featuring fun playgrounds, picnic areas and water access. We felt sincerely welcomed by the owner of the cottage, local restaurateurs and shopkeepers.
