"Beautiful view!! Great get-a-way to be able to be outside the city and relax. A true oasis. Nice room. Very friendly owner, helpful with suggestions. "The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommended! "
