"We had a pleasant stay for one night at Hotel Mezquita. There is no elevator but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and carried our big suitcase to our room. Our room faced the inner courtyard, which was peaceful and lovely. We enjoyed the rain shower, great water pressure. We also enjoyed the quaint character of the hotel, with its vast collection of art, furniture, and religious items. "

"I stayed during somewhat chilly nights... The A/C in the whole building was not turned on until a couple of days later. According to the staff, that's normal procedure when the weather is chilly outside—slept with the window open. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. When it got hot outside, the A/C was finally turned on. Other than that, the room and the hotel were great. Modern, clean, and spacious. Nicely finished decor and very comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The location was amazing. Not in the historical center but adjacent. Beautiful area with lots of restaurants, outdoor cafes, parks, and very safe to walk around day/night. The train station is a couple of blocks away, easy in/out of Granada."
