The big negative we experienced was when ordering a taxi at reception to the train station, they had said they ordered a taxi and an older lady turned up in her personal car which was not a metered taxi. We got ripped off and had to dip into the cash reserves as didn’t have the energy or time to argue, it was very disappointing the hotel...
