"Probably the best location for easy walking to the most wonderful old buildings, fountains, plazas, and restaurants of the tourist area of Brussels. The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. So many things to do strolling outside of the hotel that we did not have the opportunity to go to the rooftop bar which everyone tells me is a must..."

"The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming upon arrival. The breakfast options were varied and quite delicious. Parking garage was located right under the hotel, which was a plus as I was able to leave it parked the entire stay. The hotel is centrally located and about a 7min walk from the Grand Place."

"The location and atmosphere of the hotel is really good. However, the hotel is ridiculously short staffed. We could not get room service as no staff member was available to deliver to the room. When we went to the bar area, there was only one staff member working for the entire area. We gave up and went elsewhere. It could be a wonderful hotel but management has shot itself in the foot by being lousy with staffing."

"Pillows lives up to and surpasses its name—truly the most luxurious bedding and comfortable mattress we have experienced in a long time. Management handled an air-con failure very professionally, and switched our room to a higher floor with a more spacious suite. Excellent service all around!"
