The coffee cups were too small as were the glasses. I drink water at night and had to refill the glass many times. The TV entertainment was full of adverts and boring. Every room should have ice cubes.
However the handling of the fire emergency was excellent.
I'm an old fashioned kiwi and it really felt like a business.
