The boat landing facility at Pakbeng is terrible .. for anyone (like me) with any mobility problems it is disgusting. Anywhere else ion the planet it would be shut down ... Lao. get your tourism disabled access act together.

The setting is incredible and the property utilized every opportunity to capitalize on the natural beauty of the view and surrounding foliage. Just as important as the setting was the attentive beautiful people who work there. The food was great and well presented.

Disappointingly, no refund.
We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel.
