Cozy cabin with great views and fire place!

"At first glance the cabin itself was beautiful, I walked around the cabin to check out the property and it was just as it was described. Plenty of room outside to do any activity you would want or if you desire just a relaxed enjoyable time ( in which I did) spend time by the fire pit. The interior was very clean and felt very comfortable. I immediately felt at home. The view from the deck is beautiful and you can even watch the sunset from the back of the cabin. Communication with the host was great, she always responded quickly and was kind about every response, she even allowed me to check in early. I’ve read some of the negative reviews that were posted and I don’t see any of the issues that they had. I had a great time and I would do it again"

"Ray was wonderful. Was able to deal with my constant questions and help with many things. Always responded quickly. Room are very spacious. AC in all the right rooms. Living room and dining area was really spacious and comfortable. Lots of board games he has for our use. The patios were spacious. The views of the mountains were awesome. The sunset was nice to see. We love the swings under the balcony. He has a nice spacious land to hang around. Kitchen was awesome. There was so many kitchen gadgets that we went snd got food to cook. Just wanted to use the amenities he has for kitchen usage. Bathroom are nice. Bathroom downstairs is a small one but still very nice. The pond was so nice ,just bugs around as expected. Lots of frogs in the pond. Saw one turtle but my friend said he saw a few. Small places to eat but they close too early. We went to Phoenicia area and their town was nice. Restaurant and a couple of bars, Supermarket and several variety gift shops. So all in all the place was great. We are coming back for the fall season."

"The cabin was lovely and good location in that we had short drive to lots of stuff to do. Hot tub is great! We had an issue with an alarm on the septic tank and had difficulty getting in touch with owner but otherwise great stay!"

"A perfect mountain cabin for our weekend getaway -- and just a quick drive to Belleayre Ski Resort! The property was immaculate and the ping pong table in the huge game room/basement saw lots of action. Pete was the perfect host with top-notch, quick communication. 10/10 recommend this cozy cabin!"

"Very clean, spacious with new bathrooms throughout. Great house with plenty of room for all (we were 3 families). Games room is fantastic and the open plan kitchen, dining and living room are ideal for hanging out together. Hot tub is wood fired, which is a process, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"The house was beautiful and well laid out. There were so many decorative touches that made it elegant and special. We loved the upstairs TV room for playing games and watching movies as well as the downstairs living room where we listened to records by the fire. Beds were comfortable and it was a quick drive to Belleayre Mountain. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can tell that the owners like to cook. We ate at nearby Peekamoose on our drive in which was great. Also had coffees and hot chocolate at Doolittle after skiing and pizza from Oakleys which was good. "
