Beautifully decorated place and it looks like quaint little town. Signs of wear and tear can been seen, rusty and dirty swings, tables/benches laden with dead leaves which could all be rectified with a little more effort in up keeping the place.
A relatively quiet and relaxing place to stay in but do note that there are no eating places or convenience stores within walking distance so it will be best if you stock up a bit on the food/water supplies for breakfast or have your dinner elsewhere before you head back to the hotel.
Overall is good. Beautiful decoration, romantic, peaceful environment.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
good service and cheap, but trade of is location
The location is quite remote and far away from the touristy places.
The place needs some refurbishments, especially the shower, water pressure is very low, and it's hard to wash long hair.
The manager was very kind, my aunt fell and could not walk, so he borrowed a wheelchair for her.
Service is good.
The price is quite cheap compared to other places, but the trade off is the location and comfort. But it's ok if you engaged a driver for the entire duration you're there.

Belmont village is a really nice place to stay. When we arrived, we were greeted by beautiful lights and the decorations during Christmas was really nice. Rooms were huge and beautifully decorated too. The loft was high! Definitely a place I would recommend to people.
The room can accommodate 4 pax, however my booking only reflected 3. Thus needed to top up in order to have the 4th bed which is already there to have bed sheet cover regardless it was for a child. Very poor wifi, actually should said total no access to WiFi. The shower tap was super weak and the heater was difficult to adjust!
The Belmont village houses are uniquely designed & well maintain. We're the only customers here during the weekdays & the staff serves English breakfast here. The night view is as per advertised. The skinny guy at guardhouse is very hardworking. The only drawback is the water pressure is very low & after pump is swithed on not helping much. Advice to change the old water heater as well.
As we went during Christmas period, the hotel was beautifully decorated. It was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast selection is limited but no issue for us.
The only downside is the toilet lights are quite dim and the bed is quite hard. Other than that, we wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again.
Hotel ambient is good because the hotel decorate every part of the place.
Receptionist unable to communicate well in Eng but they are friendly to help you.
The room toilet bowl flush got problem and even the water heater is unstable in the beginning but after that hot water is smoothly goes on.
Location is far from the main road.

Pro - vintage cozy surrounding and they put up nice lightings and music at night. There were bicycles for free use (except need to work on the brakes) and basketball for play. Good for big group or families.
Con - need to improve the variety of the breakfast and one morning was out of food and need to wait for the chef to cook more. Also suggest to put fresheners in the room or bathroom as there was like a wet wood smell when entering the room. No toothbrush provided.
Location - it’s advisable to have a car or own transport as the place is quite isolated.
