편안하고 좋아요

가끔 이용했던 곳인데 예약 위주로 하셔셔 예약해서 갔습니다. 친절하시고 금촌에서는 그래도 괜찮은 편에 속합니다. 침대 시트를 좀더 상세히 봐주시면 더 좋을것 같아요 조용하고 쾌적했습니다.

조건이 틀려서 별로

아침식사 포함으로 되어 있어서 다른곳과 비교해서 갔는데 주말이라서 식사가 안된다고해서 황당했네요 이런거였음 다른곳으로 예약해서 갔죠. 안되면 아침식사 된다는 광고를 하지말던가

파주 마리호텔

시설은 깨끗하고 괜찮은데 고객대응이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 4인가족이라 투베드가 있는 프리미엄트윈룸으로 예약했다가 당일 입실 전에 전화로 5천원 추가금 내고 욕실에 버블탕이 있는 룸으로 업그레이드했는데 입실해보니 원베드룸이어서 침구 추가로 받아 바닥에 깔고 잤네요. 그리고 입실 때 주차장이 협소해서 주차대행한다고 하고 방에는 퇴실 10분 전에 연락주면 차량 준비해놓겠다고 되어 있어서 10분 전에 차량 준비해달라고 했더니 황당하다는 표정으로 고객님 차량은 주차장에 있다고 하시네요. 뭔가 정해둔 매뉴얼을 직원분들이 숙지하지 못한 느낌이었습니다. 그리고 여기서 예약할 때는 선택사항에 무료조식이 포함되어 있었는데 위에 설명에는 조그맣게 무료조식(주중)으로 되어 있네요. 주말에는 조식 불포함입니다. 이 부분은 수정되어야 할 것 같네요.

출장차 숙박하였는데, 객실 쾌적하고 딱 좋았습니다. 조식이 아쉬웠지만, 비용 생각하면 적당하지 않나 싶네요.

모텔이예요 그냥

호텔이 아니고 그냥 모텔입니다. 2층에 묵었는데 벽만 보이는 조그만 창문과 담배 냄새 찌든 방이었어요. 청소 한거라 그정도 였겠지만 흡연인 아무도 없는 가족인지라 들어가자마자 찌든 냄새가 확 느껴지더라구요. 창문 열고 한참있다 코가 적응되었어요ㅠㅠ 그리고 4인 가족 조식 포함 가격인 줄알고 17만원 이상을 하룻밤 가격으로 결제했는데 주말은 조식없다는 성의없는 답변만 들었습니다. 호텔스 닷컴 사이트에서는 그 정보가 없었습니다. 메일내용에도 조식포함이었는데.. 숙소 컨디션 상으로 봐선 조식도 보나마나였을것 같지만 기분은 무지 안좋았어요. 절대절대 다신 안갑니다

4명 예약되어있는데 당일 체크인 인원확인 안하시는 모양임. 추가결제해야 한대서 놀랐습니다. 결제화면을 캡쳐해두는 버릇이 있어서 다행이었다. 캡쳐 안해갔으면 프론트에서 시간 잡아먹었을듯.... 체크인시간보다 3시간 일찍 체크인 했는데(익스피디아 2일전 결제 하면서 전화로 가능여부 확인도 하고 체크인 함) 위 혼선때문인지 내부에 2인 셋팅 되어있어서 추가로 용품 가져다 주심. 가운은 안 가져다 주셨다. 가져다주시면서 '이거 가져다달라던대요' 하시는 걸 보니 서비스담당자는 아니신것같고....? 배수구 청소가 안 되어있어서 샤워하다가 물이 욕실에 차올라 샤워하다가 배수구 청소를 함; 청소,셋팅 안되어있으면 받으면 안되지....; 씻다가 많이 당황했음. 전반적인 시설은 좋았는데 서비스에서 당혹함... 친절은 하신데 허술했다고 해야하나.... 발레파킹 맡겨뒀는데 체크아웃 10분전에 전화달래서 전화해뒀으나 차량은 그대로 주차장에...... 무얼 위한 전화였는지 아직 궁금함.... 조식은 매일 랜덤인것 같다. 호텔 소개에는 보온기가 늘어서 있었는데 간 날은 게스트하우스에서 먹던 메뉴 빼다박음. 토스트,모닝빵, 시리얼, 컵라면, 오렌지주스, 캡슐 버터와 캡슐잼, 계란, 양배추샐러드, 방울토마토 끝. 인테리어는 예쁨! 방음은 그냥그럼 위층에서 의자 끄는 소리 들림.
