"Stay away from this hotel, it’s dirty, front desk is a mess first they gave us a smoking room, then changed for a different room which we hadn’t booked and finally we were giving another room with just one bath towels, one very worn out face towel, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the fridge in the room doesn’t work either. The free breakfast buffet was out of this world with delicious options and the restaurant was always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions as gluten free vegans. "We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay! "
