Motel 6 Marina, CA - Monterey
Pictures on line were cute, but the motel was run down and loud. It seemed people were running around most of the night. It was very convenient to the beach - an easy walk of less than a mile. A Denny’s was in the parking lot for an easy meal

Charming Romantic Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage
Quaint, lovely cottage - just perfect for the 4 of us. Kitchen was like home - everything we needed. Outdoor space was lovely for relaxing. The hosts were thoughtful, very responsive, and just made us feel welcome. We would come again!

Garbage disposal was not working and there was decaying food from garbage disposal all over the sink when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he said he was just there and did not see any issues.
