  • The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well maintained gated community. The bungalow is located in the middle part of the complex. The living room is about 50 square meters and has music system, television, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The non-accessible large courtyard with private pool is equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you reach the sleeping tract with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes shower, toilet, bidet. In the upper area there is a third bedroom and spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and bidet. Also over the courtyard you reach the partially covered sun terrace with fantastic sea views over the bay of the Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it fade away.

Villabianca Costa Calma

Cleverly designed open-plan property which enables everyone to find their own perfect space and take advantage of its superb location. Negatives: property is in need of some tlc, especially all the decking areas and stairs and most importantly the beds which are old. worn and squeaky.

Schöne Villa, abgewohntes Inventar

Positiv: gute Lage, 1 Parkplatz vor dem Haus, gutes WLan, gute Raumaufteilung, nahezu Ungezifer frei, gute Sonnenliegen, alle möglichen Bereiche (Windgeschützt, Schatten, Pool, Sonne, Wind, etc.) zum Entspannen oder Sonnen. Sanitärausstattung OK, Küchenausstattung funktionell. Negativ: gesamtes Inventar in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt, speziell das Sofa war nur Ekelhaft. Jet-Stream Anlage (Pool) war defekt. Viel zu wenige (zugängliche) Schränke. Mussten aus dem Koffer leben. Bei der Abreise und Check-out nur die die Frage ob der Müll entfernt wurde (für uns Selbstverständlich) und nicht ob alles in Ordnung war oder wie es uns gefallen hat.

Gut für Paare - etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Dieses Reihenhaus ist für Paare zu empfehlen-bei mehr Leuten eventuell Probleme, wer das bessere Zimmer hat, Einrichtung und Aufteilung sind gut bis sehr gut. Aber bei Belegung der rechts und links angrenzenden Häuser kann es zu Schallübertragungen der Treppenbegehung und Geräuschen aus dem Innenhof kommen. Der Pool war schlicht eiskalt, zum Glück war das Meerwasser dezemberuntypisch sehr warm (21 Grad) und es gingen während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum Wellen (inseluntypisch), also waren wir nie im Pool. Der Jetstream funktioniert, so auf Nachfrage, seit vielen Jahren ohnehin nicht. Guter Allgemeinzustand der technischen Geräte, zu bemängeln ist, dass die Beleuchtung der Abzugshaube nicht geht und keinerlei Möglichkeit besteht "Licht in die Brat-Pfanne" zu bekommen, wir behalfen uns mittels Taschenlampenfunktion, das geht aber eigentlich gar nicht. Hier wie auch an Matratzen (einfacher Schaumstoff, kein Lattenrost, sind schlicht "durch"), muss mal was getan werden, sonst alles gut, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Schiebetür oben, lichtdichter Vorhang zerschlissen). Eine Gesamtrenovierung nähert sich mit gewisser Dringlichkeit (Holzboden am Pool, Farbe im hinteren Annex auf den Wänden, Kücheneinrichtung). Die Gegend ist ruhig, gegenüber ab und zu Bus-An- und Abtransport, die spanischen Fahrer stellen die Motoren natürlich nie ab. Alles in allem genau vier Sterne, aber nicht fünf.

Gutes Objekt

Die Aufteilung für 6 Erwachsene war super. Der Küchen- und Aufenthaltsbreich war getrennt von jeweiligen Schlafbereichen, sodass einer morgens aufstehen konnte ohne andere zu wecken. Zu jeder Tageszeit ein vorhandener Schatten- oder Sonnenbereich. Ein hohes Lob an den Architekten bezüglich Sonnenausrichtung und Raumaufteilung. Pool wird automatisch täglich gereinigt. Gute Ausstattung der Küche.Gute Nähe zum Meer. Schöne Bucht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist zu empfehlen. Personal sehr nett und sprechen deutsch!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Da wir morgens um 10 Uhr das Haus verlassen mussten, aber unser Flug erst 18:30 ging, wurde uns eine Wohnung vorübergehend angeboten, wo wir bis zur Abfahrt bleiben durften. Sogar frische Handtücher wurden uns hingelegt. Super Service!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft für die ganze Familie

Von der Unterkunft waren wir total begeistert. Sind mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Baby angereist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Zusätzliche Wünsche wie Babybett, Hochstuhl und Ähnliches waren überhaupt kein Problem. Das Vermietungsbüro ist direkt um die Ecke. Die AnsprechpartnerInnen sind total nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anreise und Abreise waren zeitlich flexibel möglich. Einzig der Ort war für uns mit Baby um die Jahreszeit (Juli) nicht so geeignet. Es war extrem windig/stürmisch und deshalb am Strand und auch im Ort nicht gut auszuhalten. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da in Costa Calma selbst nicht viel los ist. Für Windsurfen allerdings super geeignet. Alles in allem hatten wir aber dank des tollen Hauses einen schönen Urlaub

Un séjour formidable !

La location est très propre, spacieuse et élégante ! Elle est située idéalement à 5-10 minutes à pieds d’une des plus belles plage de l’ile. Les commerces ne sont pas très loin également (courses, souvenirs..) 15 minutes à pieds. Le quartier est très calme et reposant ! Un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Je recommande vivement cette villa aux futurs vacanciers qui en profiteront pleinement.

Super Unterkunft, mit Klima und besserem Mückenschutz perfekt

Alles sehr gut geklappt, alles sauber, gut vorbereitet, alles so schön wie auf den Bildern und beschrieben, wie vereinbart Schlüssel bekommen, Deutschsprachige Betreuung, alles bestens. Da es noch recht warm und teilweise mit wenig Wind war, hatten wir etwas Probleme mit Stechmücken, die vorhandenen Mückenschutze über den Betten waren nicht die optimale Lösung, auch wurden die Temperatur in den Zimmern erst gegen Mitternacht angenehm, mit Klimaanlagen wäre die Villa perfekt.
