With 200 m² of living space, this villa can accommodate up to six people. It also features a private, heated pool with a secluded outdoor area and a rooftop terrace.
Upon entering this dreamlike holiday villa, you’ll be greeted by the spacious and inviting living area, with its cosy sitting area and fireplace, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The entertainment area, complete with a Samsung flat-screen TV and stereo system, invites you to relax and enjoy a cosy film night. The large dining table offers plenty of space to enjoy your meals to the fullest.

Adjacent to it is the bright and open kitchen area, which is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The large side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker has ample capacity for your groceries. Both the oven and the microwave are high-quality brand-name appliances from Siemens. In addition, the dishwasher makes cleaning up a breeze, giving you more time for the things that really matter on your holiday. The large induction cooktop is located on a kitchen island with a counter area, allowing you to comfortably chat with friends while you cook.

Enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee for a great start to the day—either with a standard coffee maker or with the Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

If you need to stay connected while on holiday and want to work online from your holiday rental, this is no problem at Villa “Gaspard.” A high-quality Apple computer and a fast fiber-optic connection provide you with the ideal conditions for a “workation” or “home office.”

From the living area, you can access the patio with its private pool and seating area. In this secluded outdoor space, you can enjoy the sun undisturbed, free from prying eyes.

From the outdoor area, you can access the rear section of Villa “Gaspard,” which features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), and the second bedroom has two beds (1.50 m x 2.00 m and 1.20 m x 2.00 m). Secured mosquito nets ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet area with a bidet.

From the outdoor area, a staircase leads to the upper level of Villa “Gaspard.” Here you’ll find another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the large, sunny rooftop terrace. The bedroom features a large 2.00 m x 2.00 m double bed, a wall-mounted LG flat-screen TV, and a small in-cabinet safe.

In the large adjoining bathroom, you can choose between a large corner bathtub and a large walk-in shower. The toilet area with bidet is separated from the bathroom, just as it is on the lower level.

In addition, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, and the upper bathroom features a top-loading washing machine, allowing you to do your laundry conveniently and with minimal effort.

We also provide our guests with plenty of large and small towels as well as hand soap.

On the upper rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy sunshine all day long and a phenomenal view of the sea. Sun loungers and cosy benches invite you to relax.
