Amazing experience

Amazing experience at hotel Riu, we throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Very clean and in a great location for shops.

This was our 9th visit. The hotel is very, very good. The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years.

Zimmer teilweise sehr laut - Aufpassen!

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel an einem tollen Strand in einer tollen Lage. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön. Der Balkon aber eher klein. Aber sehr wichtig: Wenn Sie Pech haben, bekommen Sie ein Zimmer in Richtung des daneben liegenden Clubs und zugleich der Straße. Beides, Straße und Club (Animation und Musik), sind teilweise sehr laut und der Club (die Musik) ist bis spät am Abend auch durch die geschlossenen Schiebetüren des Balkons zu hören. Wenn also möglich, bitten Sie unbedingt um ein Zimmer in eine andere Richtung! Weiterer nerviger und inzwischen sehr unüblicher Punkt: Für den Safe muss man extra zahlen, immerhin (ich meine) 7 Euro pro Tag, sowas muss bei dem Gesamtpreis des Hotels wirklich nicht sein!

Superbe hôtel et belle vue

Très bel hôtel fort bien situé au bord de l océan avec une vue paradisiaque. Buffet très bon mais aurait pu être un peu plus varié au fil de la semaine. Insonorisation des chambres pas très bonne surtout côté circulation.

Sehr enttäuschend -unfreundliches front desk

Die Location an dem großen Strand ist traumhaft und auch das Buffett fantastisch. Leider hat uns die tägliche Unfreundlichkeit und Unprofessionalität der front desk Mitarbeiter einen dunklen Schatten auf die Reise erbracht.Zusätzlich hatten wir durch schlechte Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter am Ende sehr hohe Zusatz Kosten mit denen wir nicht gerechnet haben. Für uns leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Najmocniejsze strony: duży pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem i częścią dzienną z sofą, spory taras, piękny widok, położenie nad sama plażą i bliskość do miasta i knajpek, niezle śniadania. Słabe strony: czystość (pozornie czysto), brak ekspresu do kawy (dostępna tylko kawa instant uzupełniana o 3/4 saszetki co 2-3 dni, wiec zdecydowanie za rzadko, płatny sejf (22 euro / tydzień).

Trappor, trappor och åter trappor.

Många trappor, svårt att förflytta sig många meter utan att möta en trappa. Besvärliga trånga spiraltrappor gör det svårt att hålla avstånd enligt nuvarande restriktioner rel.Covid. En av två huvudhissar under reparation 10 av 14 dgr. Kvarvarande huvudhiss nyttjades 60-70% av personal. Stort trevligt rum. Utmärkt städning, mat ua.

Kein 5* Hotel - aber sehr schön renoviert!

Wir verbrachten 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Es ist wirklich sehr ansprechend renoviert. Abgesehen vom Rezeptionsstaff, welches nicht mal fragt, ob man Hilfe bei den Koffern nach dem Einchecken braucht oder auch einmal mit Fingerschnipsen im Vorbeilaufen zum „Vortreten“ an den Tresen „bittet“, wenn man ein Anliegen hat, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer 1308, welches wir erhielten, sollte man unbedingt vermeiden, da es direkt unterhalb einer Lüftungsanlage liegt. Diese läuft von morgens um 06:00 Uhr bis spät abends. Wenn man bei offenen Fenster schläft, hört man ganz sicher kein Meeresrauschen sondern recht deutlich die Lüftung - für den gleichen Preis wie die anderen Zimmer mit Ruhe (nach dem abendlichen Unterhaltungsprogramm) UND Meeresrauschen - klingt kitschig, aber die Lüftung raubt einem ab 06:00 Uhr definitiv den Nerv. Ein 5*- Hotel ist anders - aber für einen Urlaub in Morro Jable mit etwas Toleranz zu empfehlen.

Ha sido muy buena la estancia. La comida es excelente, por la noche la música es en vivo muy entretenida y da gusto tomarte unas cosillas. Lo que si me ha extrañado es la vestimenta para la cena, deberían ser cuidadosos no deberían entrar con pantalones cortos y cholas, en un hotel de cinco estrellas es para vigilar la entrada al comedor. Se lo deberían de mirar.
