The Casa BLANKA apartment is located directly on the beach of Costa Calma. Completely renovated in spring 2021, it boasts high-quality and charming furnishings. You reach the bright, sandy beach via a private, beautifully landscaped path through the complex.

There is a restaurant and two beach bars right on the beach. A supermarket is located next to the complex, and the next one is just a short walk away. Pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and a doctor are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double box-spring beds including comfortable toppers for exceptional sleeping comfort (Bedroom 1: 1.80 x 2.00m, Bedroom 2: 1.60 x 2.00m), a small, luxurious bathroom with a rain shower and illuminated Bluetooth sound system mirror, and a large, sheltered terrace with an outdoor shower, a large dining table, and a relaxing lounge area. Furthermore, on the terrace you will find a lockable cabinet containing a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan.

Our kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances, including a Bosch 4-zone induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, WMF coffee maker, WMF toaster, WMF kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, and a juicer. There is also ample crockery, glasses, cutlery, bowls, casserole dishes, baking equipment (blender, immersion blender, etc.), and placemats.

Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided in the apartment for your first few days.

All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets and exterior blinds, and the patio doors are lockable. The windows have their own security locks.

The apartment also includes a safe, a smart TV with German channels, fiber optic internet with 300 Mbps, and a Bluetooth/internet radio.

You will find plenty of towels, dish towels, and beach towels in the apartment.

A linen change is available for a fee.

Ample parking is available on the street in front of and next to the building.

The price is for 2 people per night; each additional person is €15.

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in this apartment.

The price includes towels, bed linens, bath and beach towels, a safe, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron, electricity, and water.

The complex is predominantly popular with German tourists. It is quiet and very well-maintained.

No parties or pets are allowed.
