The hotel was very clean and well looked after, staff were all very friendly. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool and surrounding terraces.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, die Zimmer wurden nicht jeden Tag durch den Zimmerservice aufbereitet, der Zimmersafe kostet jeden Tag eine Gebühr, es gibt keine Hygieneartikel auf dem Zimmer, außer Seife aus dem Spender, die Möbel sind sehr heruntergekommen, die Getränkeauswahl an der Bar bei All inklusive ist minimal, das Mittag-und das Abendessen sehr eintönig. Zum Nachtisch gab es 5 verschiedene Torten (natürlich jeden Abend die gleichen) und frisches Obst. Auf dem Zimmer hatten wir mit Kakerlaken zu kämpfen und am Anfang funktionierte das Wlan auf dem Zimmer nicht. Die Antwort des Managers darauf lautetete "wir sind hier nunmal auf Fuerteventura". Glücklicherweise waren die Haustechniker aber sehr bemüht, sodass es mach 90 minütiger Arbeit irgendwann wieder funktionierte. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel doch alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und eher einem zwei Sterne Hotel gleichzustellen. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen und können den Aufenthalt dort auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Una estancia maravillosa

Pasamos un fin de semana muy tranquilo y relajado, la zona es muy céntrica y puedes pasear si lo deseas aunque este hotel esta preparado para no querer salir en todo el dia.

En general muy bien. No nos gustaron nada los almuerzos en la piscina, ya que te ves obligado a comer fuera aunque no te apetezca. La idea es buena, pero debería ser opcional. Postres buenísimos, gran variedad de comida. Ubicación excepcional en frente de la playa y rodeado de tiendas. Para repetir

No me gustó q está enfocado a los alemanes, apenas hay animación por la noche, y en cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones bien,pero no te dan para el aseo diario, recargan uno general. Los camareros y el personal muy bien
