The apartment was refurbished in 2016 and has a 60cm dishwasher and an oven, as well as a microwave in the kitchen, a washing machine in the bathroom and a large shower with almost flush floor entry.
The beach can be reached from the apartment in three minutes on foot. The terrace is oriented so that the sun shines on the terrace from morning to night, both in winter and in summer (sun loungers, awning and parasol are available).
In addition, the apartment has a TV with German television.
We welcome you with a cup of coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee system. Corresponding coffee capsules are available for purchase in the supermarket.

Muy bien equipado, tranquilo y con vistas al mar
El apartamento es tal cual la descripción y las fotos, está muy bien equipado, es muy tranquilo y la terraza es muy agradable y relajante con las vistas al mar. La conexión wifi funciona perfectamente, hemos podido trabajar un poco e incluso hacer reuniones con video. Y Gherard, que es quién gestiona el alquiler, es muy atento y amable. En definitiva, hemos disfrutado mucho y si volvemos a Costa Calma, seguro que repetiremos.

Perfekt!
Ihr wollt aufstehen mit Meerblick, Frühstück unter Palmen, einen guten Kaffee und den Strand direkt vor der Tür? Dann seit ihr hier direkt richtig!
Besonders wertvoll war der liebevolle und herzliche Empfang von den Wohnungsverwaltern Adriana und Gerhard. Jederzeit waren sie hilfsbereit und hatten immer einen guten Tipp für Ausflüge oder Essen bereit!
Unfassbar begeistert waren wir von dem wunderschönen Appartement! Es war noch viel schöner als erwartet. Es ist super modern, sehr sauber und groß. Das Badezimmer ist mit großer Dusche und Waschmaschine ein Traum. Die Küche ist modern und neu. Rund um ist alles mit viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet und die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht.
Danke, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen durften!
Wir werden wieder kommen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Schöne Unterkunft, umfangreich ausgestattet, toller Blick wie auf den Bildern.
Schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick über die Costa Calma. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ruhige Lage, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Ort.
Besonders die Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen.
Gefehlt an der Unterkunft hat höchsten eine kleine Anleitung wie man den Boiler, die Mikrowelle und den Backofen bedient, dieser war uns bis zum Schluss ein Rätsel , was aber nicht schlimm war.
Eine Möglichkeit der Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer wäre schön gewesen.
Einzig wirklich gestört hat uns der „Strand“ vor der Tür, dieser war klein, viele Steine und für Fuerte einfach nicht schön. Man wanderte am Strand ca.15 min. weiter, allerdings nur bei Ebbe, denn es geht über Felsen, kommt man an den schönen Strand mit hellem Sand.
Meine Hoffnung den morgen mit einem langen Strandspaziergang zu beginnen wurde so leider nicht erfüllt.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très bien équipé et très propre avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Il a l'avantage d'être très proche de la plage.
Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse d'accepter que nous soyons 7 (2 adultes et 5 enfants) et nous y étions très bien.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Meerblick ist super!
Wohnung, Küche und Terrasse sind extrem gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight: Verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten mit Auflagen, Sonnen- und Windschutz und sehr schöner Meerblick. In 3 Minuten ist man am Meer und kann baden. Der wunderschöne Naturstrand Sotavento, Sonnenuntergänge an der Westküste und ein Supermarkt sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
