"Apartment was huge, but very noisy…it sits on a Main Street and the windows do nothing to keep the noise down. Bathroom had a weird damp smell. Apartment and bathroom were clean. "

"The room was pure magic, from the tartan carpets, to the four poster bed and the wee teddy on top!! The bathroom was beautiful, with the stand alone jacuzzi bath, very spacious! Breakfast was delicious with a good selection to choose from, plus regular drip coffee! The dining hall was something out of a dream with the large mirrors, paintings and stags heads. Having the Bothy Bar attached to the hotel was brilliant, foos delicious and a great selection of local whiskies. Location of hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the brewery, castle, forest walks and convenience shop. Highly recommend. My only change would be the removal of the american flag and the addition of the Canadian one instead. "

"We had a nice stay and a lovely meal in the restaurant. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One little thing I would say that in our room there was a full length mirror which was great but no mirror near a point to use a hairdryer. "
