"Lovely old hotel, right in the center of town. Parking was impossible, ended up using the recommended car park and the validation they sold me at the hotel didn't work, so got to pay double for parking. But the hotel itself was really nice. "

"The first room we were allocated was not made up, so back to check in spoke to a member of staff who was pleasant and friendly about our situation. They said that we had been given the wrong room and we were given a different room The room was not even properly cleaned every thing was tired looking bed was not comfortable. Spa good, had to purchase a swim hat, this wasn’t a problem but others in pool not wearing a hat and staff poolside did not enforce this. "
