"Right from the start Aliondra set room 209 aside for me as I requested. Maria checked us in and was helpful as always. Blanca chatted with us breifly and all was great. My only quibble was my fault, halfway home to Arizona I realized I forgot to leave a tip for the maid! I will make up for it when we are back in nine days."

"The room was nice and check-in efficient. Only "complaint" was that after arriving at 9 P.M. following a very long drive, getting into the room and settling in, undressing, and then noticing the only roll of toilet paper in the room had about three sheets left on it. Clothes back on, and a short trek down the hall to the office to ask for more."
