You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag.

room spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for us. Could give more towels and instructions on getting rid of trash. Did not use Hot Tub or Pool...lots of others did. The Ocean was right there...we used it instead.
