"The place has a little potential, but there are too many factors bringing it down. The bridge over the river leading there is shaky and dangerous. I had to carry my dog across every time for fear of her falling off/through. Owner did not know I’d even booked, so my room wasn’t ready. The place looked better in pictures. Doors falling off. "Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset."
