  • Take in a gorgeous view of the mountain ridges from this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home close to downtown Pagosa Springs - but with a little bit of welcome privacy.

    Leave your car in the two-car garage and step inside to find air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and streaming-capable TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms. After a day full of adventures, you can bask in the beautiful views outside on the deck, barbecue on the gas grill, and tell stories around the firepit while roasting marshmallows. As for your hiking clothes, you can leave them to spin in the private washer/dryer in the utility room.

    In this scenic mountain setting, you'll be only half a mile from town and 25 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area.
