HOT TUB comes with this 5 bedroom Custom home which will accommodate 9 guests, it features an open floor plan living room , breakfast nook and kitchen with a huge granite island and lots of prep space for several chefs in the kitchen, living room with big flat screen tv, games, books and a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a long day in the snow, The king master en-suite also features a desk and love seat, double sinks and walk in tile surround shower, large walk in closet, on the other side of the house is 2 queen bedrooms they share a full bath. Laundry room with full sized washer/ dryer, iron and ironing board, 2 car garage, and car port for extra cars or larger vehicles. then upstairs is a game/tv room with desk and full bath then 2 bedrooms ,1 features a full bed and the other with a queen bed plus another full bath. The HOT TUB and Gas BBQ grill are outside under the covered deck, with lake views, pic nic table under the trees. just about 1 minute walk to the lake for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding or using a small boat with a trolling motor, NO SWIMMING allowed in the lakes. You will have the use of 4 lakes and the recreation center, park, tennis courts, hiking, biking trails and very near national forest, shopping, dining, banking, churches and you can watch the Hot air Balloon take flight every morning.
