Okay, so you need a night stop with zero frills, this place is fine. It was not dirty, but it didn't feel clean. Room had strong cleaning odor, but still looked and felt dirty. Cucaracha in the bathroom. Didn't even want to pull cover of bed down to get under to sleep. Pool was gross, green algae all over the sides, and the deck area was covered in bird crap. Wasps flying around making nests in various areas, and trails of red ants on the deck. Service, I checked in and asked for additional towels and the guy asked me why, and pulled out a old small towel from a drawer. Never told me of additional pillows or blankets in the room drawers, would have been nice since we slept on top of the sheets under the spare room towels (no joke) This is a sub100 dollar roadside motel, not looking for a paradise, but there seemed to be no effort to make this place nice for guests. Did have a functional AC in the room, but smelled like urine when on. Random power outages on multiple times during night. Lamp had bulbs that didn't work. TV and remote did function well. The mirror reflected well. Hot water was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and attentive, but the overall condition and cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. While the front desk and check in area has been updated, the rooms and linens have not. The rooms weren’t clean. The linens (bedding, pillows, and towels) all felt old and in need of a refresh. The hair dryer was electric taped together, the tub drained slowly but the staff fixed that right away. The air conditioner in 116 didn’t cool the room very effectively, but my sister’s room 111 was very cool. Lots of work still to be done to this property to update it.

This property was so unbelievably clean! It smelled like the carpet was shampooed that day. Staff were very polite and I would definitely recommend. The only problem was I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine or it wasn’t working. I was injured the day before and had to check out early.

I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the Regency Inn. My room was large, had a huge TV and “real” towels. Everything worked and I felt safe. It was close to restaurants and stores. My biggest surprise was how large and diverse their breakfast was. I have never seen that kind of spread from such a small motel. Very impressed and would absolutely stay there again.
