The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to a lot. The property as a whole needs updating. The pool is unusable. Trees and shrubs in parking area need to be trimmed or removed. Handicap ramps need to be marked better. Drink machines are over priced.

The rooms were clean and everything but the whole building itself is old and looks rundown they can definitely use a remodeling. Parking was not good on the sides of building had to walk around to front to get in and no elevator had stairs so if you had heavy luggage it’s tough .

No elevator, had to lug suitcases up stairs. First room had not been cleaned by maid but they quickly switched the room which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was ok, hard boiled eggs seemed like they had been in water too long. For the price it was fine for 1 night.

This is my new go-to hotel when traveling and making Paducah my “halfway point” where I stop. There is a Texas Roadhouse restaurant across the street so I love to stop here, get a good clean comfortable room, and walk over to the restaurant for dinner.

The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, it’s all good. But breakfast had missing items and no one was there to replace them or clean the tables between customers. Maybe someone was out that day… The employees that we interacted with at reception and cleaning were all great.
