My only complaint was that the toilet paper handle and towel handle by the mirror were loose & I was scared to hang anything on it. I’m not a docking a star for that bc tbh it’s not a huge deal to me. The staff were all incredible. Loved it & in the middle of everything."

"We visited Viejo San Juan for my friends birthday and this place was PERFECT! Right next to everything which made it super easy to walk to enjoy our trip. It raining very hard one of the days which did cause a few leaks in our room but the staff switched our room quickly and efficiently! They didn’t hesitate in helping us with that issue which we greatly appreciate ♥️ I will stay here every single time I visit Viejo San Juan. Felt very safe and secure on the property since the front door requires a code to get in. LOVED STAYING HERE! "
