Affectionately called the POOLhaus by guests, this exceptional design apartment awaits you right by the park. Clean architecture, flush doors, exposed concrete floors with underfloor heating, and a flexible lighting concept create a calm, modern atmosphere.
In addition to the separate bathroom, there is an open shower integrated into the living space—comfortable, modern, and part of the architectural concept.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a private terrace of about 45 m² with exclusive lounge furniture and a gas grill.
The whirlpool in a separate outdoor area is also available for your use. Despite the natural setting, you can reach the university and city center quickly and easily.
Perfect for guests who appreciate architecture, privacy, and a special ambiance.
