Nice property with good layout. Recently renovated and great location. Easy access to parks and close to everything in town. It is right on Hwy 12 but incredibly quiet. 4 adults were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
Such a n ice place to stay. Plenty of room and very comfy for 4. So so clean, all you need in a kitchen, each room has their own bathroom. Quiet and in a nice little town.
We used this rental as jumping off point for hikes by Mount Rainer and Mt Saint Helens. It was roomy and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.
My family had an amazing stay at Base camp cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and more with lots of space inside and outside for our family of 6 - with 3 teenagers. We loved the location - short walking distance to coffee and Packwood brewing. It was the perfect spot for our summer weekend trip to Mount Rainer!
Great spot to stay for exploring Mt. Rainier and surrounding areas. Very clean, well stocked, and plenty spacious. There isn’t a whole lot in Packwood but it is easily walkable to what’s there (a couple breweries, restaurants, market).
We stayed at this cabin for a few days while we hiked Mt. Rainier. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was great! We stopped in at the cute coffee shop across the street each day and enjoyed pizza in town. I will be rebooking this cabin again if I’m in the area!
Very nice location, great amenities & ease of access were stellar. When. Combined with the cost to stay, a great value in all aspects of vacation time! Thank you.
I came to experience the legendary Packwood Flea Market - couldn’t have found a cabin that was in a more perfect location. Walking distance to everything! The cabin was very clean and the heat pump kept it cozy. I have already recommended this property to several of my friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!
I haven’t been sad to leave a place in a long time. This little house is something special. We enjoyed the space and the location. Being able to walk to places was so nice. Beds are comfy. My daughter really enjoyed the gift of peppermint bark. One of our favorite memories of our entire 9 day trip to the PNW was sitting around the fire pit on July 4 just enjoying being together. This is one place that is actually better in person than the pictures show. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than 3 nights. This place will be in our hearts and memories for years to come. Thank you for sharing it with us!
We had such a nice visit! The house is cozy and has great amenities; the kids loved the board games available. Thanks for giving us a great base from White Pass for the weekend!
Perfect location...close to everything and a short walk to restaurants. The house was great! Very comfortable and they have thought of everything to make your stay easy. I would stay here again.
This house is absolutely fantastic. Comfortable, clean, open and just so cute! The backyard is fantastic with a great fire pit and firewood. We love to walk to local places. We are looking forward to many more stays at the Base Camp!
What a lovely home! Everything is as shown in the photos . We really appreciated the extras like the candy, local beverages and beauty products. Great location too! We loved the Packwood Brewing Co…especially the Prickly Pear cider! Thank you for hosting us! We hope to return and can completely recommend this beautiful home!
This cabin is beautiful! The location is perfect. A little grocery store nearby and a few restaurants to choose from. The cabin is VERY clean, well kept, kitchen stocked, laundry available. The beds are comfortable and the outside decks are really a great addition. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. The only complaint, and it is really more of a preference, is that I wish the master bedroom had a screen door on the French doors leading outside. It would be lovely to sleep with the glass door open to let in the crisp mountain air. But that will not deter us from booking this place again. Overall very satisfied and pleased with this cabin.
