Such a lovely cottage!

Jane was so responsive to our inquiries. The cottage itself was so lovely and was perfect for our brief stay. Restaurants are plentiful up the street and the pier was within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So cute!

Such a cute home in a cute area! House had plenty of room for all of us, great decor and was easy to find. Ate dinner at a fabulous Italian restaurant and found good bagels and coffee at a local bagel shop. Would stay again!

Great Beach getaway

The property was clean and so sweet and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is a little challenging but street parking is available within a block or two. We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable , storybook home

We spent the long weekend at this lovely home . It was my spouse , and 4 children all adults except the 10year old , also my 91 year old mother.We comfortably celebrated my husbands birthday. We played golf and had wonderful meals . All within 10min from the homes we will definitely be back.

Pacifica Christmas 2024 Stay

We had a family reunion over the Christmas holidays and this house worked very well for us. We had six adults and 2 children. Everyone had their own bedroom space upstairs and the downstairs dining table and living area had room for all of us as well. There is a nice backyard space where a dog can safely go out when needed. The garage has a ping pong table and extra space for little ones to play when the weather is not ideal. It really worked well for us. Pacifica is a nice town and it is very easy to walk to the pier and beach and there is a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. Onsite parking does mean street parking but we had three cars and often were able to find enough room for all three in front of the house or close to it.

My first VRBO rental experience

My first ever VRBO vacation rental and last one. Property had ants in the kitchen, I had to buy ant spray to control ants and was not reimbursed by owner. BBQ grill listed on rental but was a small dirty weber hidden in garage. Listed to sleep 8, pull out bed in living room was dirty. Listed as air conditioning, but only had ceiling fans making the house very stuffy. Some room lights not working and I had to contact owner who stated that it would not be possible to have someone fix the lights in the ceiling fan and he had to bring in a lamp. Obviously, the owner did not even care to thoroughly walk through his property and prepared it for rental. I never expected to have this type of issues and this is the reason why I will never get a VRBO property rental ever again. There is something to be said about staying in a hotel. The only thing positive is that the owner did respond in a somewhat timely fashion. I am very disappointed because hearing of good things from friends who uses VRBO but exactly opposite was my experience.

I will read about property better next time. Place sleeps 8, but parking awful. Shower is beautiful but leaks easily. In the kitchen, place to prepair wonderful. But found ustensile drawer, dirty with dirty spoons, easy to wash and clean. Loved washer and dryer.
