"My husband and I booked a stay at the WYNDHAM for a mini vacation. Upon arriving the front desk seemed to be under staffed so the wait was long. But once I got to the front desk the employee helping was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice. The only thing I wasn’t to thrilled with was the view from our balcony it over looked the roof and all the AC units so we didn’t even bother. The lamp over the chair had an exposed wire so we didn’t turn it on. Where should I start with the bathroom. The towel bar on the shower door was coming off the caulking around the shower was coming loose and the thing that probably bugged me. The most was the fact that the bathroom faucet was so close to the edge of the countertop and the sink that when you were washing your hands, basically all the water was going on the countertop. The faucet barely hangs over the sink. other than that, our stay was very nice hotel staff were nice and friendly. If we plan another trip to San Diego, we will look into staying at the Wyndham again."

"Hope all the stay was great things were not as clean as they should have been. The ice machine on our floor did not work nor did the one below us and had to travel either to the desk or to the third floor to get ice. Overall, things were very nice. Just need to be a little updated in better kept but the day was fine."

"Pros: Staff were very nice Room was big Across street from beach Cons: Gigantic property. If you don’t like walking or have mobility issues don’t think you would enjoy this property Pool- is insulting for a hotel with 1300 rooms. It’s a kiddie pool basically. All filled with kids and parents on the lounge chairs watching them. Depending on where your room is you may be woken up at 6am by Hawaiian music coming from downstairs in the shopping area The hotel is like being in a shopping mall Bathrooms should have grab bars ( not sure if all rooms have bathtubs as opposed to walk in shower) Bar soap is gross. Should have hand soap dispensers in sink area Depending on time you can be waiting for the elevators Laundry room- is only in one of the two towers. 5 washer/dryers for 1300 rooms. Nice idea but the ratio to number of rooms is ridiculous"
