"Showed up about a half hour before check in and room wasn’t ready until 2 hours later. We weren’t told how long the delay was going to be, otherwise we could’ve left to go eat and come back. Instead, we waited in the lobby, where there were no amenities. While waiting, other guests were checked in ahead of us without any explanation. After 8 hours on the road, we just wanted to get to our room and relax and it turned into a night of complete frustration. Room was nice, but the walls were extremely thin and the other guests were (in several rooms) were extremely loud. The pool was empty so that option was not available either. For the money spent, I could have got two separate rooms for less in a better hotel, which will be the course I take next time."

"Was given a room and walked in to a completely uncleaned room, a bag of wingstop that made the whole room smell, towels on the floor, unmade bed. Went to the front desk and wasn’t even given any kind of oops, sorry, let me fix that, nothing. The attendant was FaceTiming someone and just took my room key changed the room and said here you go. Terrible customer service on check in."
