Turn all lights off before leaving. Return thermostat to 76 in the Summer & 62 in the Winter.

Make sure windows & exterior doors are locked before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was well kept and very cozy. We had fun playing the board games they had and it was the perfect place to stay for a few days while visiting with family!

The house was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and it was close to the event that I was attending. The host was always in contact making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. We definitely will be back. I loved everything about the property.
