The grounds are so beautiful and the price cannot be beat for what you get with the cottage. The beds were so comfortable! We have already booked it again for our anniversary in June. We have fallen in love with this enchanting property!

Loved the nostalgic feel, like a motor lodge from the 1940s. A very short walk to the ocean and beach trails. Lovely little garden spaces.

We got a huge room for 2 queen beds. Room was clean. 2 issues, first was one of the beds was creaking so loud every time you turn. 2nd was the free grab and go breakfast, the milk was spoiled even it said the same date that we were there. We enjoyed the outside picnic area in the property and very close to the water.

Great property to stay while in Monterey. Clean room with great ammenities ! The staff was friendly. Impressive continental breakfast! Nice to have a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and even a toaster in the room. My family traveled with our dog. We would definitely stay here again.

I love the fact that I can walk down to the beach from the Bide a Wee. The only negative thing was I couldn’t get the fireplace to work.

Quaint little place that we will add to the must stay locations if we ever get back up to the Monterey area. We stayed in the deluxe double room. One double bed was in a room and the other shared space with the sitting area and kitchen- right at the front door. Bedding was clean but the comforter appeared to be pretty old. We didn’t use much but they provided all the kitchen supplies we needed. Only negative is no A/C. Luckily we brought our own fan because it was a pretty warm few days and no air would have sucked. The location is excellent for us- short walk to the shorelines or a quick drive down to Cannary Row.

Beautiful place to stay. You can see the ocean from the property. And it’s just a walk to the ocean. Clean room. Dishes microwave and fridge all in the room. Dining table couch and tv. WiFi worked great. Fire pit area. Was wonderful.

Charming and quaint, I love this place. Our only displeasure was the unit we were in has an upstairs space, which had guests. Though unintentional I am sure, it was so very noisy. We could hear them walking across the room, closing the bathroom door, moving a chair, etc. - just doing what we all routinely do. It was unfortunate.
