"Hotel is older, but is very clean. Front desk staff was very nice to talk to. They had a info sheet given to us on check in that had almost everything we needed. Never did find out where the pool was, but we also didn't ask. The room had an excellent view of the beach and subsequent sunsets. The fireplace and sitting chairs with the table was a really nice touch. They have adjoining rooms if needed. Overall, I would recommend and stay again if I was back in the area. "

"The place was well kept, fun and great on the inside. We loved the attention to details here. All the extras that I would never think of were there as well. "Entry stairs were tough for my parents. House was clean. Served our needs. There was no view at all, although it was not advertised with a view. I wrongly assumed a house on the beach with sand dunes meant we would have access from the house. We had to walk a short distance to access beach."

"This was our first time at the Swell House, but second time with Kiwanda properties. Communication with the host was great. The unit was very clean, awesome location, and we all had a fun time. My only gripes are the kitchen ware is subpar. This goes for all VRBO stays and other rentals we’ve done.
