- As you step inside the Kiwanda Beach House your eyes go straight through to the mesmerizing views of this stunning stretch of Oregon's dramatic coastline. Instantly your frame of mind shifts to a more relaxed way of life. The special architecture of the Kiwanda Beach House allows for up close panoramic views of pounding surf, sunsets, headlands, whale watching, Haystack Rock, well it's endless.
Experience oceanfront living in this 4 bedroom house with 2 king size beds and a TV on each level. This is truly a special place having one of the king bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas, wrap around deck and garage with a BBQ all located on the street level.
Head to the shoreline to explore miles of white sand beach or stay in and embrace the simplicity of beach life. Happiness starts oceanfront!
The house is located beach front. However, there is a sand dune in front of the house that can become steep, do to the changing ocean tides and wind that move the sand around. Please use caution when climbing the sand dune to the beach, No fires aloud on upper beach by the house.
