I liked very much the kind reception of all the staff. We had a great time in the Sunday bazar. Breakfast was delicious. We were given a balcony suite and it had an amazing view. Thanks againg for drying our wet swimsuits, shorts & towels at our arrival. and towels

Everything was great only thing is the clock is loud. It is the middle of the city so great location but again if your light sleeper might not be for you. As for me i noise doesn’t effect me and it’s is a live area many things to do.

Me gustó mucho el hotel Recién remodelado, muy cómodo y amplio. Con una vista excelente. El reloj monumental suena cada hora aún en la noche, y sí se oye desde las habitaciones que dan al frente. Pero yo sí pude descansar sin problema, y sí me volvería a quedar con esa vista que tiene. El servicio es muy muy amable. El desayuno es almuerzo completo, muy llenador y rico.

Hermoso hotel! Me sorprendió lo bonito y bien diseñado que es. El internet wifi muy bueno, la cama muy cómoda (firme como debe ser para decansar) La vista del balcón buenísima. Está frente al reloj, el reloj suena cada 15min al principio era molesto, luego ya no... No tuve problemas para dormir. El desayuno incluído es almuerzo completo, muy rico. El estacionamiento está a 1 calle, pero es seguro y bajo techo. La gente de Pachuca en general fue muy muy amable
