Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage.
Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis.
There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us.
They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good.
If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive.
The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away.
The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training.
Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great time at the hotel and a staff called Louisa was very friendly and my son loves her so much and he even left her the letter to thank her. We hope she can receive the letter and we hope to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Hanoi.
