Everything about the hotel, its facilities and location were exceptional, but we have to mention the friendliness of the hotel staff. Every member of staff we dealt with could not do enough to make our stay extra special. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

I’ve traveled far from the U.S. and stayed in many hotels, but Myriad Muscat truly stands out as the best for its exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms and genuine kindness. The hospitality here is unmatched—I’ve extended my stay twice already because I feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for.
A special shoutout to Maryam, who made my first night unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Every staff member takes their time to ensure you’re well looked after, and it truly makes all the difference.
If you’re looking for a place where you’re more than just a guest, Myriad Muscat is it. The comfort, hospitality, and overall experience are second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here—you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive!
