The Southwest Place II

The Southwest Place II is perfectly located halfway between Branson and Springfield in a quiet family neighborhood.

The Southwest Place is a duplex. Each unit is a 1000 square-foot apartment with a one car garage.

Guests have access to the whole apartment as well as the front and backyard on their side.

Guests can check themselves in with their unique door code . I am always available for questions via phone or text.

The neighborhood is a quiet and friendly, family neighborhood.
Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 7am.
Smoking in the house will result in a $150 fee.

Family visit

This property is clean and wonderful location to go out and do a lot of fun activities. The price was the best we found through that area. We are glad we stayed, and the host was very nice and responsive.

Leather Shopping Trip

We came from Mississippi to shop for leather and go to Bass Pro. This was a convenient location for all we wanted to do. Very quiet and relaxing.

Good location and comfortable stay!

The house worked great for myself, my husband and my mother. It was clean and many extras (granola bars, cream, tea, coffee and sugar). Washer and dryer is a big help. And the host responded quickly and went out of his way to help us. Would definitely rent from him again!

Great Rental

This is our 4th time staying at the property. It's perfect for a girls weekend with my daughter. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is wonderful to work with. We had to make a change for our last visit and the host was very accommodating.

This was one of the best stays, at a VRBO! Every cabinet we opened felt like our own home. Everything was stalked and available from any items in the kitchen to the bathrooms the pantry the utility room and the bedrooms. There were extra things that you don't normally get, extra towels extra soap extra supplies. All the lights worked everything was marked The cabinets were marked, even the light switches were marked. It was so convenient! Well we were at our event, I got a text from the owner letting us know that the internet in the area had gone out and what time it might be back on. That is service! Hopefully we will get a chance to stay there again!

Comfortable and Cozy

Renting this house was a delight! It had us feeling right at home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We are very pleased with our stay and will highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay!

This is the 2nd time we booked a stay with Anthum. It really is a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. The amenities are a nice touch should you forget soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I highly recommend The Southwest 2.

Home Away From Home

Southwest Place II is very charming with all the comforts of home. Clean and comfortable. Just minutes away from a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, gas stations, etc. We’ve booked this home several times. It truly is a home away from home.

Our stay was nice. This property is a duplex, but you couldn't hear any noise from neighbors which is wonderful. It did seem like it needed a spring clean, but the home was spacious and in good enough shape. We normally stay with family in the area, so it was nice to have a close and affordable option.
