"Everything was just as we expected it to be. It is located in a peaceful, wooded area sitting just above the White River. The walk down to the river is steep but it was a great workout each day. The back porch is massive which enabled us to enjoy being outside despite the rain. Unique, comfortable home. Would stay again!"

"The amenities stated are not there.. newer built with contractor issues, once checked out accused of damage that happened in a room that I never went in. That a child had done. (Drawings on walls) no children with us. Yes I will admit that my pup did a small tinkle on rug that I didn’t see. But I don’t like being accused of damage when I’m very OCD about cleanliness so I washed the towels and started 2 loads of bed linens before I left, all dishes and counters were scrubbed. "This was my second time staying at the Comfort and Chickens Virbo. Beverly the owner is a fantastic host. I still have yet to meet her but i feel like i know her. We both love our chickens. House is well kept and she leaves you snacks, candy, and all the fixens for breakfast. Beds were also comfortable and the fireplace is a great touch. I will forever choose Beverly's home on my visits to see my family."

"We rented this cabin to get out of the city and enjoy the outdoors. Very relaxing to sit in the swing by the river. We watched kayakers and rafters floating by the property. Due to rain the day before we arrived, we had a private waterfall all weekend. We enjoyed the property."

"We rented this cabin with some friends for a SXS riding weekend and its a great property and better host. Convenient location to trail heads, Oark General Store is great for fuel, food and last minute items you forgot. Mary and Katie are great hosts for the property and its meets its description. We've stayed here multiple times and this won't be our last stay either. See you again soon!"
