"For sure, I would give this hotel not more than 3 stars, The service from the start to finish horrible the staff never smiled, and could not resolve much , very disappointing. The only reason I choose that hotel, bc It’s very convenient and close to work."

"The staff were friendly and nice. Ready to help whenever you have a question. The complimentary coffee in the mornings was really good; the only downside is that this hotel does not have complimentary breakfast included. The shuttle service is a plus and very convenient a ride to the nearby JFK airport."

"Chose the room because of the location but I was very happy. Its definitely for young people in the city for a good time. I came for a funeral. I really appreciated going back to positive energy and a building full of life and culture. Will stay again."

"The mattresses had stains on them . The bathroom towels had seen better days and the TV did not work. Parking was good."
