  • Steps from the sand, this house has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Completely remodeled with exquisite finishes including travertine and hard wood floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. You can lounge on an outdoor couch and see and hear the ocean from the luxury of home or you can walk a few steps to experience an unspoiled beach paradise. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs, including a huge master bedroom with en suite bath, french doors to backyard, skylights, and walk in closets. The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining. Each room has a television in it.

    If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrive.

Loved walking steps to the beach! The upstairs deck and downstairs patio provided plenty of space for our party of four (me, husband, adult daughter and her boyfriend) to have our own place to hang out. We cooked dinner most nights, and enjoyed breakfasts around both the kitchen table and the deck table. Best part for us is we only live 1.5 hours away, a quick drive to wonderful weather and a home close to our own. Thank you!

Great place a block from Silver Strands beach. Very comfortable inside and two fantastic seating areas outside. Clean and well kept and the host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home. Fully stocked with kitchenwares, towels and hand soap. Host was communicative and able to accommodate a last minute change to check out day. The house truly is a short walk to the beach and my kids loved it being so close. It’s nearly in the back yard! Plenty of places to sit, linens were clean and the decorations through out the house really brought the beach to you. The only thing that would have made it better is batteries in the remotes to use the TVs but honestly, it didn’t matter that much because we hardly just sat around. Love, love, LOVED our stay and plan to come back. Thank you Sandra for being such a great host and allowing us to stay in your house.

Nice visit!

We had a great time staying here with our daughter and her friends! We loved how close it was to the beach, and the bikes we could use. The place had lots of room and the beds were comfortable.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Fourth of July at this property! The outdoor spaces are wonderful as are the spacious bathrooms and well stocked kitchen! We easily walked to the beach and enjoyed a local golf cart parade, fireworks and local eateries as well! We absolutely loved our stay!

This was the perfect house for 3 old friends. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the store. The upstairs lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean. It’s located in a friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the unit and the sleeping accommodations were excellent. This was our second time at this property and we will definitely book this place again.

Great Family Home

Great family home with everything you need. 1 block to the beach with easy access. Sea Lions down the street. Check out the Farmer’s Market on Sundays. Definitely would stay here again!
