  • Steps from the sand, this house has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Completely remodeled with exquisite finishes including travertine and hard wood floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. You can lounge on an outdoor couch and see and hear the ocean from the luxury of home or you can walk a few steps to experience an unspoiled beach paradise. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs, including a huge master bedroom with en suite bath, french doors to backyard, skylights, and walk in closets. The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining.

    If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrives. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the bbq grill after use. If grill is not cleaned there will be an additional $200 grill cleaning charge.

This was the perfect house for 3 old friends. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the store. The upstairs lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean. It’s located in a friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the unit and the sleeping accommodations were excellent. This was our second time at this property and we will definitely book this place again.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Fourth of July at this property! The outdoor spaces are wonderful as are the spacious bathrooms and well stocked kitchen! We easily walked to the beach and enjoyed a local golf cart parade, fireworks and local eateries as well! We absolutely loved our stay!

Great family home with everything you need. 1 block to the beach with easy access. Sea Lions down the street. Check out the Farmer’s Market on Sundays. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect beach vacation!

Our family of seven had a wonderful time staying in Oxnard. This property is a one minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. The garage was stocked with all kinds of beach gear, and the hose in the front yard made it easy to rinse off as we went back and forth between the beach and house. The back yard and deck were great spaces for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and all of the instructions clear. We definitely want to come back!

Perfect location

What as lovely home in a perfect location. The beach was so close and not busy. We lived walking the streets of the neighborhood and seeing the architecture and gardens. The people are very nice and a close knit community. You must try some of the taco trail establishments, they are wonderful. The upper level deck was our happy place.

Weekend getaway

Came down for the Throw Down. Loved the house. Just a short walk from the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Beds were comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay. If we come back we would bring the kids. Very kid friendly.
