  • Welcome to a relaxed coastal retreat in the heart of Oxnard’s Silver Strand Beach—designed for memorable stays, easy comfort, and classic Southern California beach vibes. Just 175 steps from the beach (~8 houses), this fully equipped home blends vintage charm (built in 1956) with thoughtful modern upgrades for a comfortable stay.

    Strand N Sea is a charming beach bungalow perfect for families, couples, and small groups of six or fewer, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the shore. Designed for relaxation and fun, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home blends comfort with everything you need to fully enjoy beach life. If you work remotely we have portable desks and WiFi.

    Spend your days riding the provided bikes, catching waves with surfboards, flying kites, or playing spikeball and volleyball. After a day in the sun, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pits to keep warm and share stories under the stars. Inside, you’ll find an Xbox and a selection of board games for cozy nights in.

    Strand N Sea offers onsite parking for two vehicles. For added peace of mind, security cameras are located in the carport and front patio areas.

This is a great property. The back lanai with the hot tub and seating with the fire place were amazing. It is just a quick 4 minute walk to the beach and very close to where our Anacapa tour boat left the dock. Our kids also loved the use of the bikes. Hosts were great! Would rent this property again!

We had another wonderful week at Silverstrand Beach! As returning guests, we can honestly say this place never disappoints. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the backyard is absolutely amazing. It's so relaxing and has a beautiful tropical feel, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Allison and Rob, for being such wonderful hosts and for creating such a welcoming place to vacation.We always look forward to coming back, and we'll definitely be returning again!
