Totally remodeled in 2014!!! Walk into this oceanfront 2 story home in Hollywood Beach. First floor: First floor has master suite facing oceanfront with king bed sleeping 2ppl, flat screen 43" TV with DVD player. First floor bedroom #2 facing oceanfront with king bed sleeping 2ppl, with a 43" flat screen tv. Both downstairs rooms have access to oceanfront patio and beach. Patio has two lounge chairs for lying out and patio table for four. Second floor: Living room facing ocean, with large windows to take in the beautiful sunsets, has a flat screen 60” TV, lots of games & books for family fun nights. Kitchen is fully stocked for 12ppl, with desk area to check your emails. Home includes WIFI. Gas BBQ located on upstairs balcony. Second floor bedroom #3 facing street has a queen bed and trundle bed sleeping 4ppl, with TV. Second floor bedroom #4 has queen bed and bunk bed sleeping 4 ppl, with TV. **All reservation, 30 nights and longer, MUST be booked over the phone. Amazing house - Gorgeous beach

We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

What a beautiful place!

The house was wonderful for our family. ages 3-75. Plenty of room for everyone! It is right on the beach, but the ocean is a good 5 minute sandy walk for the little ones. That didn't change our enjoyment at all -- we just needed a bit more planning. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and dishes and glasses, but we could have used more than one kitchen towel to avoid using paper towels. There is also outdoor furniture and beach toys and umbrellas to make things comfortable for everyone. Your family will love it!

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Great for larger groups of friends or family members.

It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!

Everything was in great condition and the place was comfortably furnished. The beach is so quiet and peaceful. It is awkward to get to the beach. You have to pass through a bedroom or go out the front door and go around the house. But we did not find that to be a big deal.

Paradise by the Sea

The property is just as it is shown in the photos. Great space, light and airy. The kitchen was just the right size, with a wonderful family space. Lots of games, and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and the family room. It has a spectacular view of the ocean, right on the beach, which was as close to a private beach as you could find. A short distance to the waves with lots of sand to build sand castles with the little ones and enjoy the peace and quiet just the waves. It was our family paradise by the sea.

There was everything I could have possibly needed for a beach vacation and even more than what I needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was basic soaps and detergents for cleaning, laundry and dishes. There was an abundance of dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner and never needed for anything(other than groceries which we brought with us). There were even coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to build sandcastles for the days we spent on the beach. There were bikes and scooters in the garage which were nice for an afternoon ride by the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and a bar nearby. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. This is our new favorite vacation spot and we plan on returning.
