Very comfortable and the inclusion of a second toilet very handy. All the appliances and furniture excellent and almost new. Will stay again.

Great location. Comfortable bed but missing a few details that could have made it excellent. Would have been nice to have two keys especially as you can’t get into the building or go up elevator without it

Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location opposite a park, walking distance to Canberra's shops and restaurants. Key access was via 2 four digit key locks inside a low down letterbox, which proved to be very tricky on checking in and out of property. Property was clean, tidy and comfortable (although there was quite a bit of mould on bathroom tiles). We had repairs required (leaking kitchen sink and bent curtain pole preventing balcony access) but the owner came and repaired 2 days later. On checking out, we attempted to follow instructions left by putting our garabage bag of weekly rubbish in the downstairs bin room - only to find the required room locked with a sign stated leaving rubbish incurs a fine. As we had a plane to catch, and we were following the only instructions given, we were left with no alternative but to leave our rubbish outside this room.

A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient. However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel also left fabric fibers when drying dishes. There was a duvet in the closet that also had a large yellow stain. While it states that guests are responsible for cleaning dishes, I'd hope that the host would still double check afterwards.
