Enjoy the modern farmhouse, fully equipped, newly renovated, 4BDR 4.5 bath, conveniently located in the Rowandale subdivision. Make your game day, greek, Double Decker or family visit weekend relaxing and easy. Enjoy downtime at one of the pools, playing basketball/volleyball or your subdivision coffee shop. Stroll the walking/bike trails right out your doorstep.
The Space:
Main floor King with on-suite, 3 queens with on-suite on second level, washer and dryer on second level, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Large couch and seating area in living room with large tv. All bedrooms are equipped with tvs and charging stations.

The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy during your stay. With a keypad entry, you’ll have seamless self-check-in and check-out for added convenience and flexibility.
